WELCOME
Sasha dolls were created by Sasha Morgenthaler, Swiss artist (1893- 1975) who had amongst others Paul Klee for tutor. She started producing dolls in her Zurich studio then they were produced by Gotz (Germany), by Frido/Trendon (in England) and again by Gotz from 1995 till 2001. No two Sashas are exactly alike, they are truly magical and even if collectors seek them they are still being played with lovingly by a great many children around the world.
In the picture, the boy's outfit and shoes and the girl shoes were made by Jean Jensen.
The girl's outfit was made by The Dormouse
